Thank you for posting this site for friends of Ferlin to come and express their memories. I am nearly 69 but
I was raised on country music and Ferlin was a very much loved fan of my family and myself. I will miss seeing him on Country Reunion... everyone on there admired him as much as I did. He was one of the greatest ever in country music and I will go on missing him but will hold on to the wonderful memories...

As a Ret.DJ ,Ferlin's music was always on my play list;
He was a class-act,& we always visited at DJ Conv in
Nashville..He is missed, but his music lives forever!

We used to listen to the Grand Ole Opry on the radio back in the 50's and 60's and fFerlin was one of my favorite opry singers... On a Snow White Dove was my daddy's favorite song and it was played at his funeral in '92.
Daddy would tune the radio to the Grand Ole Opry,turn out the lights and us kids would lie on the pallets on the floor and listen to some of the greatest music ever...
